These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FTG governing your use of the Site. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You may access and display Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial informational use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any material from the Site without our prior written consent, except as necessary to use the Site for its intended purpose.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, FTG, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF FTG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL FTG’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless FTG and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Candler County, Georgia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severable from these Terms and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and FTG with respect to the Site and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and FTG with respect to the Site.
